It can be awkward to suggest to a family member or a friend that they should seek counselling. You are welcome to contact me and we can discuss how best to approach this situation. Sometimes it is helpful to accompany the individual to a first session or sometimes it may be sufficient just to encourage them to contact me directly and just have a conversation.
